A Playful Misconception, A Childhood's Dream

Here’s my final analysis on Inception.

Since Cobb and Ariadne could enter the Limbo just by dreaming into it, and since dying enough times would bring them there as well, that could only mean there were only four levels in the dream state.

Now if Cobb and Mal killed themselves in Limbo, they could only get back to the third level – which was where most of the entire movie was based in. And if there could only be four levels, there’s no way he could go down three further levels before hitting Limbo again.

Which can only mean, Cobb dreamt the whole story up. Nothing was real, making it a lame excuse for a movie. I think Christopher Nolan messed up.

The tagline in the poster is wrong.
