A Playful Misconception, A Childhood's Dream

A busy weekend I just had.

Saturday the morning began at 6.45am when I woke up with a dream and couldn’t go back to sleep. 9am was Jonathan’s registration at the High Court. Then went for a dance practise at 11am till 12pm. Rushed off to bath and lunch at The Mall and watched 9 at 1.35pm. After the movie ended, went to Huwaida’s Raya open house; then finally to Jonathan’s dinner party till 11pm.

Today, woke up energised and went for Chong Wee and Suat Sian’s first born’s one month party. After that was a 3 hour sit-down at Cutting Crew while I “relaxed” my hair and got a trim. The process took too long and felt it was a waste of time so not sure if I’ll ever do it again. Depends on how long this one will last and what it will mean for my dandruff. I then fought off a little lethargy and hunger and went to Fitness Zone to complete, for the first time ever, a 5km run in 30min. Well, to be exact, it was more like 34+min but still, I’ve never ran like this before. And after a shower, off to have a family dinner.

So it has been quite a full weekend and right now, it feels great. I didn’t get to sit in front of this monitor much watching series and realised how great the feeling can be to be out most of the weekend. Ready for the start of a new week and of course, CV weekend!
