A Playful Misconception, A Childhood's Dream

Just found out that Lifehouse will be playing in Singapore tomorrow from my brother. I’m quite irritated by how gigs are marketed in this region of the world. Those bands’ Facebook and MySpace pages don’t even advertise their Asian gigs and that’s just a complete waste of space. It’s plain stupid.

Problem is, not even Singaporeans are aware who’s playing when. Like when I was in Singapore earlier this year for Hiskandar’s wedding, Christina Aguilera was playing that weekend and most of my Singaporean friends had no idea at all. It’s a big question mark right there.

Had I known a month earlier, I could have planned for this. But alas, it’s tomorrow. Now I’m wondering if just by checking this Gatecrash website is sufficient to keep me in the loop.
