I’m not sure what’s causing my sleep deprivation but it’s ticking me off.

Falling asleep isn’t the problem this time but it’s staying asleep in the morning. I’ve gone from waking up at 7am to 6am and recently 5am. It’s crazy. And I’ll be feeling like crap for the rest of the day and not be able to get any work done properly.

Today was a bit better more normal. I slept at 11.30pm last night and woke up at around 7am so keeping attention span was a bit easier today. I was also able to hit the gym for more than an hour.

Would have been more had the air-conditioning in the men’s weights room was still unrepaired after more than a month. Lifting weights in there could very easily give me a headache which I really don’t need.
