A Playful Misconception, A Childhood's Dream

I went for an interview today at a semi-government corporate body that really pays well. Thought I didn’t make the cut as it’s been more than a month since submission.

If I do get it, this may very well be what I will settle with for the rest of my career life, or at least it should be. Part of me wants it bad. The salary will solve many problems.
The other part says, if I do get it, venturing overseas to a new country for work will never ever happen anymore. Getting into a good dance school will never happen anymore. Finding a good partner to compete will never happen anymore. Independence of living alone will never happen anymore.

You gain some you lose some. Security over hobby is the logical step. But happiness over security, shouldn’t that be what life is all about? But we don’t live in an ideal world.
