Couple of days ago, this little country was hit by what we can consider a little typhoon as never have I seen such strong gales of wind. I was out on my way to the gym and noticed the rain wasn’t falling vertically (like so: | | |) but instead it was very horizontal (– — –). I do not exaggerate. The aftermath saw many properties damaged, and it was reported 192 houses in the water village were destroyed.

Today, the government are still seen cleaning up the fallen branches and tree trunks while donations have reported to be in 6 figures for the needy.
